Reserve a hotel room or Airbnb and leave the rest to our team! While you are away at dinner or out running errands with your loved ones, our team will prepare and personalize your one-of-a-kind room experience!
Return after a few hours to a beautifully decorated haven away from home!
Service Areas
We currently service Greater Cincinnati Areas, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton, Oh. We are available to travel to other areas for a travel fee. Please contact Info@HerBalloons.com for details.

Please review our packages and fill out the detail form for your desired experience. We will contact you within 24 hours to reserve your date.
A 50% Deposit is required to secure date. Remaining balance is due one week before your experience.

Please book as early as possible. We require at least two weeks for booking.
Same week bookings are subject to availability and may require additional fees.

No, our fees do not include the cost of the hotel/Airbnb stay. It is the clients responsibility to book your hotel/Airbnb stay.

Please choose the time you would like for our team to arrive to setup. Please allow 2 - 3 hours of set up time.
Room setups will be completed while you are away! Please add us to the reservation or provided us with keycode.
Feel free to go to dinner or run errands and return to a fully decorated room! You will be notified via call or text when set up is complete.

It is the clients responsibility to ensure that our team has access to your room. Our team will not be able to check into the room for you.
These are the methods to ensure our team has access to your room
Our team member can meet you at your set up time and you can provide the key.
Add us to the reservation by leaving details with the front desk staff. (PREFERRED)
Provide our team a key code to your Airbnb.
Once set up is complete, we will notify you via call or text. We will leave the key in the room or lock up Airbnb.

Clean up services are not offered at this time. It is the clients responsibility to clean the space. You will provided a clean up kit with items included for quick clean up. Please be considerate of housekeeping.
Yes, ALL items are yours to keep!

Cancel a week or more before your scheduled experience and we would be happy to reschedule your experience.
Cancel less than one week prior to your setup and we will not be able to reschedule your setup without an additional deposit.
